Your profile and your data
Profile in the menu holds everything about your support account. Nothing here touches the chain, your wallet or your coins.
Your details

Setting the time zone is worth the ten seconds. It is the difference between a timestamp you have to convert in your head and one you can just read.
Connected accounts
The ways into your account besides your password: Google, Apple, Microsoft, Discord, Telegram and your wallet, depending on which are enabled.
Connect one and it becomes another way in. Disconnect one and it stops working. You cannot disconnect the last one you have, because that would lock you out of your own tickets, so set a password or connect something else first.
Connecting a wallet means signing a short message. It costs nothing, moves nothing, and gives the desk no access to anything in that wallet. It is a way of proving you hold the address, no more.
Active sessions
Where you are signed in right now, with the device, the address the session came from and when it started.
Look at it occasionally. Anything you do not recognise can be signed out on the spot, and Sign out everywhere else clears every session except the one you are using. Do that after signing in on a computer that is not yours.
Download my data
Under Your data you can download everything the desk holds about you: your profile, and every ticket with all of its messages.
It is yours to keep, and it is also a straightforward way to hand a whole conversation to a colleague without giving them access to your account.
What the desk knows about you
Your name, your email address, whatever you chose to add to your profile, and the tickets you opened with their messages and attachments.
It does not hold your wallet, your keys or your coins, and it cannot see or touch anything on the chain that is not already public. Signing in with a wallet records that the address belongs to you, which is the whole of what that connection does.
